If you received an email from us, someone close to you prepared letters, photos or videos and asked us to keep them safe until the right moment. Take your time. There is no rush.

How to open your messages

    Open the link

    Use the button in the email. The link is personal and stays open for 90 days.

    Enter the code

    We send a 6-digit code to the same email address, so the messages reach only you.

  3. 03

    Answer the question

    The author chose a question only you can answer. Your answer never reaches us: it unlocks the messages on your own device.

  4. 04

    Read and keep

    Read the letters, look at the photos, watch the videos, and save any of them to your device.

Questions you might have

Is this real?

Yes. UntoldToYou is a service run by Engineering Hub Projects SRL in Romania. People use it to leave private messages for the ones who matter to them.

Will you ask me for money or passwords?

Never. We will never ask for a password, bank details, payment or personal documents. The only things you need are the code we email you and the answer to the author's question. If anyone asks for more, it isn't us.

Who sends the emails?

Our emails come from an address ending in @untoldtoyou.com and carry the author's name. You can reply to any of them and a person will read your message.

I received an email saying a message will arrive in 14 days.

That is a short advance notice. You don't need to do anything. If you know the person, you are welcome to get in touch with them.

I can't remember the answer to the question.

Think about what the author would expect you to know: a place, a name, a shared memory. We don't store the answer, so we can't reset it or reveal it, but you can try again.

The link has expired or doesn't work.

Write to us at contact@untoldtoyou.com from the address that received the email, and we will help.
